| Police: Homicide Victim Shot in Throat LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found shot Monday afternoon on the city's east side. The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) says the victim suffered a wound to the throat outside of Eastview Terrace Apartments near the 1200 block of Geyer Street.
