| NLRPD: Man Jailed in Shooting of 17-Year-Old NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A man is behind bars accused of shooting a 17-year-old in the chest Monday night. It happened just before 9 p.m. along Mission Road in North Little Rock. The teen was rushed to Arkansas Children's Hospital. Police don't believe the victim's injuries are life-threatening.
