| Hot Springs artery to see lane closings Work on a section of Central Avenue in Hot Springs will require lane closings today and Tuesday, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said. The outside northbound lane on Central Avenue, also called Arkansas 7, will be closed at Crawford Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, weather permitting.
