An Arkansas State University rugby player died in a crash last week in Texas, the school said Tuesday. The school said Garrett Soileau, a 22-year-old junior, was killed in a crash late Friday near his hometown, a Houston suburb called The Woodlands. Details of the crash were not immediately available.
