Major bridge rehabilitation projects begin in Sand Springs The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is set to begin two bridge rehabilitation projects in the Sand Springs area this week. The left lane of northbound State Highway 97/eastbound State Highway 51 is closed over the Arkansas River until further notice for a $2.3 million bridge rehabilitation project.
