| Police identify dead motorcyclist Jacobs was riding west on East Joyce Boulevard when he lost control of his motorcycle, according to a police press release Wednesday. Jacobs fell from his motorcycle and hit a vehicle stopped in traffic. The motorcycle traveled about 380 feet before coming to rest, according to the press release.
